FIRST AID & CPR
Prepare for the unexpected. By learning CPR and First Aid, not only will you be enhancing your knowledge, but you will also be preparing for any emergency whether it be at home or in a public place. We offer all our classes, including First Aid and CPR, in Spanish and English.

Our staff is certified using the Incredible Years Preschool/Early Childhood BASIC Authorized Parent Group Leader Training. Our parenting classes topics include emotional development, positive discipline, and healthy communication skills. The guide to becoming a great parent is within your reach. Contact us for more information on the schedule for parenting classes and for more information about the topics covered within the instruction. The instructions are bilingual, given in both English and Spanish.

LISTOS DISASTER PREPAREDNESS
Listos partners with community leaders, jurisdictions, non-profits, faith-based organizations, schools, and other community institutions. By partnering with these organizations, Listos provides disaster preparedness information to the Spanish-speaking community. With a basic understanding of ICS (Incident Command Structure), Listos instructs the participants in the command structure of First Responders, ensuring communication between Listos graduates and firefighters and police in the event of an emergency.
